Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention on early rehabilita-tion of supracondylar fracture of humerus in children.Methods 156 humeral supracondylar frac-ture children were randomly divided into intervention group and control group with 78 cases in each group.The control group applied routine nursing of supracondylar fractures after fixation and reha-bilitation training and guidance.The intervention group was taken personalized nursing interven-tion according to different children.Let the children take early active,passive function to observe the clinical effect of exercise.Results The excellent rate of recovery of elbow function and the in-cidence rate of cubitus varus in the intervention group were all higher than that in the control group.So the difference was significant between two groups (P <0.05).And there were no pa-tients with myositis ossificans.Conclusion Early rehabilitation training could effectively reduce complications of humeral supracondylar fracture and improve the function of elbow joint.关键词
