地氯雷他定对过敏性哮喘豚鼠模型肺泡灌洗液IL-4和 IL-13水平的影响OACSTPCD
Effects of desloratadine on the levels of IL-4 and IL-13 in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of allergic asthmatic rats model
目的：研究地氯雷他定对过敏性哮喘豚鼠模型肺泡灌洗液 IL-4和 IL-13水平的影响。方法用卵蛋白造成过敏性哮喘豚鼠模型，观察地氯雷他定对过敏性哮喘豚鼠哮喘潜伏期、肺泡灌洗液 IL-4和 IL-13水平的影响。结果地氯雷他定能显著延长过敏性哮喘豚鼠哮喘潜伏期，明显降低肺泡灌洗液 IL-4和 IL-13水平。结论地氯雷他定能通过降低细胞因子 IL-4和 IL-13水平来延缓哮喘的发作，为其临床治疗哮喘提供实验依据。
