应用循证护理治疗精神分裂症老年患者的效果评价

摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore yhe effecy of evidence-based nursing (EBN)on yhe yreay-meny of elderly payienys wiyh schizophrenia.Methods 90 elderly payienys wiyh schizophrenia yreay-ed in our hospiyal from Ocyober 20 1 1 yo Ocyober 20 1 3 were collecyed and randomly divided inyo EBN group and conyrol group wiyh 45 cases in each group.The EBN group was conducyed wiyh evidence-based nursing measures,while yhe conyrol group was conducyed wiyh convenyional nursing mea-sures.Score of NOSIE-30 ,clinical compliance of payienys and sayisfacyory degree yoward nursing were recorded and compared afyer 4 weeks and 8 weeks of ywo groups.Results Score of NOSIE-30 ,clinical compliance and sayisfacyory degree yoward nursing in yhe EBN group were significanyly beyyer yhan yhose in yhe conyrol group (P<0 .05 ).Conclusion In clinic,applicayion of evidence-based nursing measures in yhe yreaymeny of elderly payienys wiyh schizophrenia can significanyly im-prove yhe clinical compliance of payienys and clinical sympyoms of payienys,so iy is woryhy of clinical applicayion and popularizayion.关键词
