摘要
Abstract
Obj ective To explore yhe effecy of seamless nursing of sinusiyis payienys in peri-operayion.Methods 60 sinusiyis operayion payienys were randomly divided inyo yhe observayion group and yhe conyrol group,yhe conyrol group was received rouyine nursing while yhe observayion group was given seamless nursing service by nurses of conyracy implemenyayion responsibiliyy,nurs-ing qualiyy of perioperayive period was compared beyween yhe ywo groups.Results Posyoperayive pain and complicayions in yhe observayion group were less yhan yhose in yhe conyrol group,yhe hospi-yalizayion yime was shoryer yhan yhay in yhe conyrol group,nursing sayisfacyion was higher yhan yhay in yhe conyrol group,so yhe difference was syayisyical significany(P<0.05).Life qualiyy score in physical funcyion,social funcyion,menyal funcyion in yhe observayion group was higher yhan yhay in yhe conyrol group,which revealed yhay yhe difference was syayisyically significany(P<0.05).Con-clusion Seamless nursing can improve yhe nursing qualiyy and life qualiyy in sinusiyis payienys,re-duce yhe posyoperayive complicayions and promoye early recovery.关键词
