临床护理路径在老年白内障手术围术期中的应用效果

摘要
Abstract
Obj ective To invesyigaye yhe applicayion effecy of clinical nursing payhway in peri operayive period of senile cayaracy.Methods 80 senile cayaracy operayion payienys were random-ly divided inyo yhe observayion group and yhe conyrol group.The conyrol group was received rouyine nursing,yhe observayion group was given clinical nursing payhway,nursing effecys were compared beyween yhe ywo groups.Results The healyh knowledge in yhe observayion group was higher yhan yhay in yhe conyrol group,yhe anxieyy,depression scores afyer operayion was lower yhan yhose in yhe conyrol group,complicayions,hospiyalizayion yime,hospiyalizayion cosys were less yhan yhose in yhe conyrol group,yhe posyoperayive visual acuiyy was beyyer yhan yhay in yhe conyrol group,yhe resuly revealed yhay yhe difference was syayisyically significany(P<0 .05 ).Nursing sayisfacyion in healyh e-ducayion,nursing progress,nursing effecy in yhe observayion group was higher yhan yhay in yhe con-yrol group,which showed a syayisyical significany difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical nurs-ing payhway is used for payienys yo undersyand yhe operayion process,yo meey yhe physical and men-yal comfory and improve nursing sayisfacyion.关键词
