营养护理对维持性血液透析患者生活质量影响分析
The effect of nutrition support nursing intervention on quality of life in patients with maintenance hemodialysis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of nutrition support nursing intervention on quality of life in patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Methods A total of 120 patients with maintenance hemodialysis were randomly divided into study group (n =60)and control group (n =60).Regular nursing care was given to both groups,while nutrition support nursing intervention was performed in the study group.The body mass index (BMI),biochemical index,malnutrition inflammation score (MIS)and short-form-36 health scale (SF-36)were compared between two groups half a year after intervention.Results The BMI,levels of plasma albumin,creatinine and hemoglobin were increased above baseline in the study group,and the MIS was decreased below the baseline,with significant differences (P <0.01).Compared with the control group,the study group achieved higher BMI,levels of plasma albumin and creatinine and hemoglobin,and lower MIS (P <0.01).The outcomes of SF-36 were better improved in study group than that in control group (P <0.01).Conclusion Nutrition support nursing interventions can improve the nutrition and quality of life in patients with maintenance hemodialysis.关键词
