摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the impact of evidence-based nursing model in reduc-ing catheter infection of hemodialysis patients.Methods A total of 180 hemodialysis patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing and patients in the observation group were given evidence-based nursing.The incidence of catheter-related infections, knowledge master situation,health habits and quality of life were compared.Results Catheter-re-lated infections rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the differ-ence was statistically significant (P <0.05).Before the intervention,the differences in catheter related knowledge,health habits and quality of life were not statistically significant (P >0.05). After the intervention,the patients with excellent knowledge mastery and good health habits in the observation group were more than that in the control group.The scores of physiological conditions, mental status,social function and environmental conditions were significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing helps to reduce the incidence of catheter infection and improve mastery of relevant knowledge,maintain good health habits and improve the quality of life of hemodialysis patients.关键词
