Abstract
Objective To study the effect of psychological intervention on the psychological state for patients with breast cancer treated by modified radical mastectomy and its nursing experi-ence.Methods A total of 102 patients with breast cancer treated by modified radical mastectomy were randomized into control group (routine nursing)and observation group (psychological inter-vention),with 51 patients per group.The Self-rating Anxiety Scale scores (SAS)and Self-rat-ing Depression Scale scores (SDS),hospitalization time,the incidence of complications,and nurs-ing satisfaction degree before and after nursing in the two groups were observed and compared.Re-sults Compared with the control group,the scores of SAS and SDS significantly decreased after nursing in the observation group(P <0.05).The hospitalization time was obviously shorter and the incidence of complications was significantly reduced in the observation group than that in the con-trol group (P <0.05).Compared with the control group,the nursing satisfaction significantly in-creased in the observation group (P <0.05).Conclusion The psychological intervention can sig-nificantly improve the psychological state for patients with breast cancer treated by modified radical mastectomy,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
