摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate application effect of fatigue factor intervention in breast cancer patients during operation.Methods A total of 60 breast cancer patients were ran-domly divided into observation group and control group.The control group received routine nursing while the observation group was given fatigue factor intervention based on the control group.Sur-gical efficacy,postoperative self-efficacy and life quality of two groups were compared.Results Fatigue degree score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,postopera-tive complication and hospitalization time less than that in the control group,self-efficacy was higher than that in the control group,there were statistically significant differences(P <0.05). Life quality in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,there was statisti-cally significant difference(P <0.05).Conclusion Fatigue factor intervention is conducive to the postoperative recovery of breast cancer patients and it ensures the operation effect and improves the life quality.关键词
