Abstract
Objective To investigate and analyze nursing risk factors of critically ill pa-tients in observation room of emergency department.Methods A total of 600 critically ill patients in our hospital in observation room were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 300 patients in each group.The patients in the experimental group implemented full range nursing management while the patients in the control group were given traditional nursing. Patients in the two groups were followed up.A self-designed questionnaire was used to analyze the clinical efficacy and risk factors of the two groups.Results After the implementation of full range nursing management,215 patients in the experimental group were cured,62 cases were ef-fective,and 23 cases were ineffective with the total efficiency of 91.3%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P <0.05).There were 117 patients with invalid efficacy,a-mong which nursing factors occurred in 35 patients,hardware in 20 cases,management system in 15 patients,infection factors in 17 patients and 30 patients in patient factors.Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing management can significantly improve the efficacy of critically ill patients in observation room of emergency department.关键词
