摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy of specific pain management on the rehabilita-tion of patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty (TKA).Methods A total of 80 patients under-going TKA was randomly divided into control group treated with routine nursing and intervention group added with specific pain management on basis of routine nursing,40 cases in each group.Re-habilitative efficacy after TKA between two groups was compared. Results Intervention group was obviously lower in the pain scores 24,48 and 72 h after operation and when discharged (P <0.01), longer in sleep time (P <0.01)and shorter in the initial ambulation time, time for knee flexion≥90°and hospital stays (P <0.01)than control group. Conclusion The specific pain management can effectively reduce the postoperative pain and improve the rehabilitation of knee function of pa-tients undergoing TKA.关键词
