Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on pre-vention of complications after transurethral resection of the prostate.Methods A total of 200 be-nign prostatic hyperplasia patients with transurethral resection of prostate were randomly divided into control group and observation group,100 cases in each group.The control group was conduct-ed with routine nursing,while the observation group was conducted with comprehensive nursing intervention.Postoperative complications were compared between two groups.Results The inci-dence rate of postoperative complications was 14.00% in the observation group,which was signifi-cantly lower than 42.00% in the control group (P < 0.05).Postoperative drainage tube flushing time,time of indwelling urinary catheter and the average time of hospital stay in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion Comprehen-sive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence rate of complications after transurethral resection of the prostate,shorten the drainage tube flushing time,time of indwelling urinary catheter and the average time of hospital stay,and promote early rehabilitation of patients, so it is worthy of clinical popularization.关键词
