整体护理在非小细胞肺癌化疗患者中的应用
Application of holistic nursing intervention on patients with non-small-cell lung cancer treated with chemotherapy

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the holistic nursing intervention on patients with non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC)treated with chemotherapy.Methods Fifty NSCLC patients were recruited as observation group between Feb 2012 and Apr 2014,another 45 NSCLC patients were included as control group between Jan 2010 and Feb 2012.Both of two groups received NP (vi-norelbine with cisplatin)or TP (paclitaxel with cisplatin)chemotherapy.Regular nursing and holis-tic nursing were performed in control group and observation group,respectively.Results There was no significant difference in response rate between two groups (82.00% of observation groupvs7 7 .7 8 % of control group ,P > 0 .0 5 ),so was the incidenceof adverse reaction (P >0.05).the compliance rate was 94.00% in observation group and 77.78% in control group,with a significant difference (P <0.05).Observation group received a higher satisfaction rate (98.00%vs 82.22% ,P <0.05).The emotional well being,social well being,other factors and total score of functional assessment of cancer therapy-lung (FACT-L)were decreased in observation group (P<0.01),and results of all FACT-L indexes were declined in control group (P <0.01).Compared with control group,observation group received a better FACT-L outcomes after intervention (P <0.01).Conclusion Holistic nursing intervention can improve the quality of life for NSCLS patients with chemotherapy and their compliance to nursing.关键词
