摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of comfort nursing intervention applying in patients in neurology department.Methods A total of 70 neurology department patients in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group according to different nursing meth-ods,the control group was given routine nursing while the observation group received comfort nursing.Rehabilitation effect,comfort degree and nursing satisfaction of two groups were com-pared.Results Diet attention,medication and exercise training in the observation group were higher than that in the control group and NDF score after nursing was lower than that in?the con-trol group,which showed significant differences (P <0.05).Scores of comfort degree in physiolo-gy,psychology,social environment and culture in the observation group were higher than that in the control group,nursing satisfaction in service attitude,psychological counseling and health edu-cation was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Comfort nursing meets the mental and physical needs of patients in neurologi-cal department and it improves the rehabilitation effect and hospitalization comfort degree.关键词
