Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy of the postpartum hemorrhage predictive grading and nursing intervention on reducing postpartum hemorrhage of natural childbirth.Meth-ods A total of 200 puerpera with natural childbirth maternal were randomly divided into observa-tion group and control group according to random cases table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group was given nursing intervention for moderate and severe puerpera by predictive grading.Perineal trauma,postpartum bleeding,hospitalization time and nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared.Results Ⅰ degree laceration rate in the obser-vation group was higher than that in the control group,the lateral episiotomy rate was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Postpartum hem-orrhage rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the amount of post-partum hemorrhage and the hospitalization time was less than that in the control group,nursing satisfaction was higher than the control group,which showed statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive grading can improve the forecasting accuracy of postpartum hem-orrhage.Predictive grading combined with nursing intervention can effectively reduce the rate of postpartum hemorrhage and injury of natural childbirth of puerpera.关键词
