Abstract
Objective To study effect of quality control circle (QCC)on the improvement of sterilization quality of disinfection supply room in Tibetan hospital.Methods “High-quality QCC”was established and quality problems of disinfection were analyzed,improvement plans were proposed,quality targets were set up and quality improvement measures were implemented.The improvement effect of sterilization quality before and after QCC activities was compared.Results After implementation of “high quality QCC”,qualified rate of cleaning,qualified rate of steriliza-tion and qualified rate of packing were significantly higher than that before implementation.Team cohesion,management technique of QCC and team harmony degree was significantly higher than that before implementation.Conclusion QCC activity helps to improve team cohesion,manage-ment technique of QCC and harmonious degree so as to improve the quality of sterilization.关键词
