Impact of comprehensive nursing on curative effect of neonates with hyperbilirubinemia treated by blue ray radiation therapy

Abstract
Objective To study comprehensive nursing on curative effect of neonates with hyperbilirubinemia treated by blue ray radiation therapy.Methods A total of 114 hyperbiliru-binemia neonates treated by blue ray radiation therapy were divided into observation group and con-trol group.The control group was given routine nursing while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing based on the control group.After 5 days,bilirubin value,the amount of milk intake,body mass index(BMI)and clinical curative effect were compared.Results After 3 days,bilirubin value in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group.After 1 day,amount of milk intake was significantly higher than that in the control group. After 5 days,BMI was significantly higher than that in the control group and the total effective rate were significantly higher than that in the control group.The results revealed that the differ-ences were statistically significant.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention combined with blue ray radiation therapy can effectively promote the decomposition of serum bilirubin,in-crease appetite and promote physical development so as to improve clinical curative effect.关键词
