Abstract
Objective To explore effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on lym-phedema after breast cancer operation.Methods A total of 100 patients with radical mastectomy were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 50 patients in each group. The control group used simple pressure treatment and the experimental group implemented compre-hensive nursing intervention on the basis of pressure therapy.The lymphedema condition of two groups in one week,one month,3 months and 6 months after surgery were observed were record-ed,and incidence of different degree was compared.Results After comprehensive nursing inter-vention,the degree of lymphedema in the experimental group was relieved,the difference was sta-tistically significant(P <0.05).The incidence of lymphedema was also significantly reduced,and no severe lymphedema occurred.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the incidence of lymphedema and improve curative effect,so it is worthy of clinical prac-tice.关键词
