Abstract
Objective To investigate the complications of limb fractures and its nursing strategies so as to improve the quality of care and patients’satisfaction.Methods A total of 86 limb fracture patients were included in this study,of which 78 cases was given surgical treatment, and 8 cases with conservative treatment.And complications and relevant indicators before and after nursing were summarized.Results The incidence rate of limb swelling was 95.35%,incidence of muscle atrophy and muscle stiffness was 82.56%,incidence of insomnia was 77.91%,incidence of mental disorders was 70.93%,allergy and infection rate was 59.3%.The differences in complica-tion rate and water-electrolytes,acid-base disorders,pressure ulcers,thrombosis,skin pressure ulcers were statistically significant (P <0.05).The highly satisfaction rate was 70.93%,satisfac-tion rate was 23.26%,and dissatisfaction rate was 5.81%.The differences in physical function, psychological function,social function and material life scores were statistically significant before and after treatment (P <0.05).Conclusion Intensive care can help reduce the incidence of complica-tions and improve clinical results of limb fractures patients in bedridden time.关键词
