舒适护理在经皮肾输尿管镜碎石取石术中的应用
Application of comfort nursing in treatment of patients with percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotripsy

Abstract
ABSTRACT:Objective To explore the application of comfort nursing in treatment of patients with percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotripsy.Methods A total of 168 patients received percuta-neous nephrolithotomy lithotripsy were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 84 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with the same surgical approach.Patients in the control group received routine postoperative nursing and patients in the observation received comfort nursing additionally.The depression scores before and after nursing,comfort degree and satisfactory degree toward nursing and complications 3 days after nursing were observed.Results The comfort degree and satisfactory degree toward nursing in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P <0.01),and the incidence rate of complications was obviously lower than the control group (P <0.05).The scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS)decreased when compared with those before nursing (P <0.01),and the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion Application of comfort nursing in treatment of patients with percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotripsy can increase the comfort degree and satisfactory degree toward nursing, reduce the depressive symptoms and the incidence of complications,so it is worthy of widely applica-tion in clinical practice.关键词
