Study on turbulent mixing induced by Richtmyer-Meshkov instability using the second-order moment model
摘要
Abstract
T he second-order moment model w as developed in w hich density fluctuation and turbulence an-isotropy were considered and correlations involved turbulence energy production terms were emphasized . The shock tube experiment of Poggi et al .was simulated by this model .The results were compared with detailed experimental data to prove the validation of the model closure ,model constants ,numerical algo-rithm and the implementation of the model used in the paper .On the basis of these ,the influences of shock Mach number and Atwood number on turbulent mixing were further investigated .关键词
