Abstract
Taking Yancheng as example,this paper expounded the general situation of agricultural development,analysized agricultural water use, and pointed out the main problems existing in agricultural water management,hought about several water use management strategies such as tuning planting structure,improving the management system,improving field supporting, strengthening water metering, exploring institutional incentive,controling non-point source pollution,improving agricultural water saving,strengthening propaganda and education.Which would provide better support and reference for water-saving agriculture construction,and coastal development.关键词
