Abstract
Rural rivers at plain area have low water head and flows slowly. Problems mainly exist in rurual rivers such as water polution,serious sedimention and reduction of water surface area of river network etc. So it is very important to regulate and manage rivers scientifically and inovatively. The principles,purposes,measures of rural river regulation and improvement are studied in this paper based on the analysis of present rural river at plain areas.关键词
