Abstract
After the 2008 financial crisis in the United States,problems of the shadow banking system began to e-merge,which attract scholars′attention both at home and abroad.Shadow banks are not the traditional banks,but they have some functions of commercial banks.In recent years,the Chinese shadow banking system develops rapid-ly,which accounts for more and more proportion in the entire financial system.The shadow banking system pro-motes the rapid development of the national economy while has some negative impact on the healthy operation of the national economy.This paper analyzes the Chinese -style shadow banks′impacts on commercial banks and the macro financial system.Based on the Chinese-style shadow banks′characteristics,which are low independence and at the preliminary stage,it studies the regulatory strategies from the macro-prudential and micro-prudential aspects.关键词
