摘要
Abstract
Editor′s preliminary examination is the first line to guarantee the quality of academic papers.Prelimina-ry examination requires editors to have not only strong academic appraising ability,but also fair professional ethics. To standardize the editors′behavior and improve the quality of preliminary examination,it should enhance editors′sense of responsibility,optimize editor′s preliminary examination procedure,improve the knowledge structure of ed-itors,make full use of network resources and standardize assessment and incentive systems and so on.关键词
