摘要
Abstract
The rise and development of civic society promotes citizens′orderly participation in political affairs and the model shift of political culture as well,which works functionally in the development of Chinese politics.NPC should adapt to the needs of the development of civic society and perfect its working system and line of duty in order to keep up with the time.Besides,it should perform its duties conscientiously by fostering civic consciousness and civic culture so as to promote the development of modern democracy in China.关键词
