摘要

Abstract

In the process of governance capacity modernization,the local governments have focused on turning gov-ernment′s function and improve the administrative efficiency.The process still have some difficulties,for example, the administrative efficiency are not high,duties positioning are not clear,and other conditions are still hindering the raise of government administrative efficiency.And the 12345 service center is a new service platform mechanism for collecting the people′s daily non emergency appeals by phone call.The 12345 center not only listen the voice of the people and serve the people,but also promote the internal reform of government.This paper takes Shishi 12345 service center as a case,discuss how the 12345 platform promote the construction of government performance and improve the government efficiency.
