“宪法立法适用论”质疑
On the Legislative Application of Constitution
摘要
Abstract
The legislative application of constitution aims at dealing with protecting human rights and enhancing the authority of constitution.But its goals can′t be achieved because of its negligence of checking the legislative power. Besides,legislations can also violate the constitutional law which they should observe.In order to improve the con-stitutional application system,it is necessary to establish the judicial review system to prevent laws from violating the constitutional law and protect human rights.关键词
