基于熵值法的江苏省基本公共服务非均等化研究
A Research of Non -equalization of Basic Public Services in Jiangsu Province:Based on the Entropy Value Method

Abstract
With MATLAB software and entropy value method,this paper analyzes the indexes of public services in eight areas in southern Jiangsu,central Jiangsu and northern Jiangsu from 2006 to 2014 (every other year).The results suggest that firstly,the government should consider the actual situations of specific indexes in different re-gions when transferring payments;secondly,the weight of each index is beneficial to the quick improvement of public services in northern and central Jiangsu;thirdly,it should be shifted from “quantity -based public service”to “quality -based public service”;fourthly,in the process of providing public services,different local govern-ments should highlight their own characteristics according to their own actual situations;fifthly,the providing chan-nel of public services should be two -way.关键词
