江苏城市投资环境比较研究
A Comparative Study of Jiangsu Cities′Investment Environments

Abstract
In recent two years,cities of Jiangsu Province have witnessed evident changes in economic development speed,infrastructure construction,policies of investment venture,and development of livelihood economy.Consid-ering these new changes,this paper conducts a new evaluation on the investment environments of 13 cities of Jiang-su Province,aiming at investigating longitudinal and lateral variations of the cities′investment environments at the new normal economic and social stage of China.A new evaluation index system is designed,factor analysis and clustering analysis are used to evaluate.The results show that cities of southern Jiangsu still have the best perform-ance over most indexes,and cities of northern Jiangsu have surpassed those of central Jiangsu in some indexes,and the major differences of cities′investment environments are manifested in economic development quality,zone factor and technology innovation level.Finally,some policy suggestions are presented.关键词
