“慕课”视角下高校教师发展机遇与应对
The Development Opportunity of College Teachers and Their Choices from Perspective of “Moocs”
摘要
Abstract
“Moocs” (Massive Open Online Courses)brings new chances and challenges to college teachers.It changes and affects the adaptive development of teachers.College teachers should respond actively and adapt to the demands of “Moocs”,re -conceptualize the role of teachers,emancipate minds and change ideas,re -examine the traditional teaching mode,research and practice the demands and rules of “Moocs”,reform the traditional“teacher -oriented”teaching mode,and change it to the “student -oriented”teaching mode.关键词
