不完全性房室传导阻滞伴发逸搏心律心电图分析
Incomplete atrioventricular block accompanied with escape rhythm
摘要
Abstract
Double heart rhythm which is formed by incomplete atrioventricular block accompa-nied with escape rhythm refers to that when the atrioventricular junction is suitable for conduction, atrioventricular conduction is delayed or partly blocked,resulting in the escape impulse by lower po-tential pacemaker.When the escape impulse is continuously sent three times or more,escape rhythm is formed.It only includes two kinds of rhythms,one from atrioventricular junction,and an-other from ventricle.In this paper,by analysing 7 cases of electrocardiogram which are in accord with the characteristics of double heart rhythm introduced above,it indicates that the incomplete at-rioventricular block complicating lower potential escape rhythm is mainly second or high degree atrio-ventricular block,however,first degree atrioventricular block is unlikely complicated by escape beat from lower potential pacemaker.The appearance of the double heart rhythm indicates that we should attach importance to the treatment of primary diseases,the improvement of atrioventricular conduc-tion,and the protection of escape rhythm.Meanwhile,the dynamic changes of electrocardiogram should be closely observed.Once the degree of atrioventricular block is aggravating and the corre-sponding circulation function declines,the installation of artificial cardiac pacemaker should be con-sidered.关键词
