Abstract
Based on HeLuYe (Hefei-Lu′an-Yeji) Expressway maintenance project of asphalt pavement, the paper introduces the application of central plant hot recycling technology. First, the performance of He′Lu′Ye old reclaimed asphalt pavement (RAP) is analyzed, the analysis founds that the performance of RAP recycled materials meet the requirements of relevant regulatory, and are suitable for hot mix plant re-generation and maintenance. Then, the paper introduces the mix design of recycled mixture. The mix ratio test founds that the performance of recycled mixture can meet the standard requirements. Finally, the pa-per elaborates the quality control points of central plant hot recycling technology. Engineering practice shows that:by taking some technical measures, the performance of recycled asphalt mixture can meet the quality requirements of common asphalt mixture, and central plant hot recycling technology can be ap-plied to high-grade highways.关键词
