摘要
Abstract
This paper estimates the probability of rail station attracted by city center through retail model. It calculates the impact area of the rail station through accessibility under single city center condition. Combined the above two models, the model for estimating the impact area of rail transit development is es-tablished. The established model not only can estimate the impact area of rail stations under complex situ-ation, but also can define the boundary of two adjacent rail stations. The model has practical value, which can be an instruction for land use, traffic facilities design and a support for transit financing.关键词
