Abstract
With the increasing advancement of urban rail transit, the operation safety has become the car-dinal factor for guaranteeing sustainable development of the industry. With the continuous evolution of safety theory and the constant optimisation of evaluation techniques, the main way to ensure safety opera-tion is heavily relied on consolidating evaluation work, discovering, analyzing and solving safety problems by those relative departments and operational enterprises. The article introduces the operational safety evaluation system of British urban rail transit, institute setting, work execution and other circumstances. In order to develop the safety assessment work of urban rail transit in China efficiently, the article analyz-es the developed countries′precious experiences and puts forward relevant policy recommendations com-bined with current situation of urban rail transit in China.关键词
