Mechanical Properties of Different Kinds of Steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete

Abstract
Through a series of tests conducted on ordinary steel fiber, ultra-short ultra-fine steel fiber and the steel fiber mixed by the preceding two steel fibers according to a certain proportion, the enhance-ments and toughening effect of the three types of steel fiber reinforced cement concrete are discussed. The toughening and mixed-effect mechanism of them in the concrete is also analyzed. The results show that there is still some residual strength of steel fiber reinforced concrete specimens after cracking. The ultra-short ultra-fine steel fibers can be more effective to improve the compression performance of the concrete. The mixed steel fibers improve the toughness of concrete in a relatively large extent.关键词
