Abstract
The administrative management of transportation is not only an important content to the func⁃tion of the different levels in transportation departments, but also an important means to promote the mod⁃ernization of transportation management ability. From the perspective of promoting the modernization of the transportation system and management capacity, taking the existence problems in transportation ad⁃ministrative management system and government capacity as the breakthrough point, the article analyzes the situation of transportation administrative management. And from the aspects as the construction of modern transportation management system, improvement of policies and regulations system, the analysis of market access and exit mechanism, the standardization of law enforcement actions, it proposes the poli⁃cy recommendations of strengthening and innovating the transportation administrative management under the new situation.关键词
