Influence of hol istic nursing intervention on qual ity of l ife of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma during radiation therapy
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To probe into the influence of holistic nursing interven-tion on quality of life of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma during radi-ation therapy.Methods:A total of 100 cases of nasopharyngeal cancer inpa-tients first diagnosed by pathology were selected and self control method was used.Through specialist nurses combined with patients and individual differences,the overall care was carried out for the patients according to plan at the different stages.The patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were given full measurement and assessment respectively before and after nursing intervention by using EORTC QLQ C30 scale.Results:Functional scores and overall quality of life scores in patients after intervention group were sig-nificantly higher than that before intervention(P <0.05).Conclusion:Scien-tific and reasonable nursing interventions can effectively reduce the psycho-logical stress and radiotherapy response of patients undergoing radiotherapy, and improve their quality of life.关键词
