神经功能重建治疗对脑梗死病人肢体运动功能的影响
Influence of reconstruction of neurological function on l imb motor function of patients with cerebral infarction
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To probe into influence of reconstruction of neurolog-ical function on limb motor function of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods:A total of 120 cases of cerebral infarction patients were random-ly divided into observation group and control group,60 cases in each,the patients in control group received conventional treatment method,namely drug therapy plus general rehabilitation exercise training.Patients in ob-servation group received neural function regeneration treatment based on the conventional treatment.The use of electronic feedback and biofeedback principle were used for rehabilitation treatment for patients suffering from motor dysfunction,observed two groups of patients before and after treat-ment of limb muscle strength and motor function.Results:After two cour-ses of treatment,the muscle strength and motor function of patients in ob-servation group was significantly better than that in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The reconstruction therapy of neurological function can effec-tively improve limb motor function of patients with cerebral infarction and improve their self care ability and quality of life.关键词
