Perioperative care of 40 cases of patients with primary sacral tumors

Abstract
Obj ective:To summarize perioperative care of 40 cases of patients with primary sacral tumors.Methods:A total of 40 cases of patients with pri-mary sacral tumors received surgical treatment,psychological care,postopera-tive care of digital subtraction angiography (DSA)embolization and intestinal care were strengthened before surgical treatment,after surgical treatment to observe the vital signs closely,and strengthen the observation and care of Wounds and drainage pipes,leakage of cerebrospinal fluid and spinal cord nerve function.Results:All 40 cases of patients passed the perioperative period safe-ly,and they were recovered and discharged.Conclusion:To strengthen the peri-operative care of primary sacral tumor patients is a guarantee of success.关键词
