Qual itative study on stressors of new employees in hospitals

摘要

Abstract

Obj ective:To know about the sources of stress of new employ-ees in hospital,so as to provide theoretical evidences for targeted training of new employees.Methods:The new employees were randomly selected for qualitative interviews,and interviews content was site recording and note taking until all of the data saturated.Results:A total of 1 0 new employees in 2013 were interviewed.The mainly pressure source men-tioned were renting stress,j ob stress,marital stress,money stress and stress of future development.Conclusion:There were more stressors of new employees in hospitals,including work and life aspects,hospital managers should know about the status quo in time,try to solve the stress of new employees,so as to enable them threw himself into work and adapt the work needs as quickly as possible.
