Observation on nursing care of acupuncture combined with hyperbaric oxygen for patients with dysphagia after stroke

Abstract
Obj ective:To observe the nursing effect of acupuncture combined with hyperbaric oxygen for patients with dysphagia after stroke.Methods:A total of 100 stroke patients with dysphagia were randomly divided into con-trol group and observation group,50 cases in each.Both groups of patients received conventional drug treatment and swallowing function training,acu-puncture treatment was added in control group,hyperbaric oxygen therapy was added in patients in observation group on the basis of acupuncture,then to observe the dysphagia recovery and efficacy in both groups of patients.Re-sults:After treatment,swallowing function recovered better and dysphagia score was significantly reduced in observation group compared with control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with hyperbaric oxygen for patients with dysphagia after stroke has the exact effect.关键词
