Abstract
Obj ective:To probe into the sedative effect of improved chloral hydrate retention enema method combined with sleep intervention in the process of infants and young children to check.Methods:A total of 180 cases of infants and young children who can not match the treatment effectively were divided into observation group and control group,90 cases in each.Pa-tients in control group used traditional chloral hydrate retention enema meth-od,patients in observation group received improved chloral hydrate retention enema method combined with sleep intervention,then to observe the sleep effect time,sleep maintenance time and spillover situation of intestinal solu-tion after retention enema between both groups.Results:Sleep effect time of infants in observation group was significantly faster than that in control group,maintaining sleep time was significantly longer than that in control group,spillover times of intestinal solution was less than that in control group,and there was statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Conclu-sion:The improved retention enema method combined with sleep interven-tion can ensure the drug effect and maintain time,reduce the loss of the liq-uid medicine,and calm effect is good for infants and young children.关键词
