临床护理路径在急性左心衰竭护理中的应用
Application of clinical nursing pathway in nursing care of patients with acute left heart fai lure

Abstract
Obj ective:To evaluate the practicability and economic benefit of clinical nursing pathway in nursing care of patients with acute left heart failure.Methods:A total of 70 cases of hospitalized patients with a-cute left heart failure were randomly divided into observation group (36 cases)and control group (34 cases),patients in observation group used clinical nursing pathway for nursing and strict quality control for them, hospital complications,length of stay,hospital costs,the occurrence of er-rors and patients’satisfaction were compared between both groups.Re-sults:The incidence of complications in patients in observation group was lower than that of control group;hospitalization costs,the number of nursing errors cases and hospitalization time were less than that in con-trol group;patients’satisfaction was higher than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05 ).Conclusion:Application of clinical nursing pathway in the treatment and care of acute left heart failure can reduce complications,length of stay and medical costs,and improve patients’satisfaction.关键词
