社区2型糖尿病病人足部自我护理行为现状及影响因素分析1）
Analysis on status quo of foot self care behaviors of community type 2 diabetes patients and its influencing factors

Abstract
Obj ective:To know about the status quo of foot self-care be-haviors of community type 2 diabetes patients,and analyze the related factors and find out the weak links,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.Methods:Three communities in Xianning City were randomly selected,and health records were established for a total of 150 cases of type 2 diabetes patients,then they received questionnaire.Re-sults:Self care behaviors of community type 2 diabetes patients in foot care were at medium level (59.60%),foot care knowledge and skills, age,duration,average monthly household income were the important in-fluencing factors.Conclusion:self care behaviors of community type 2 diabetes patients in foot care needs to be improved,the health education on them should be strengthened,so as to help them establish good foot self care behaviors and reduce the incidence of diabetic foot.关键词
