亲情护理在择期手术病人围术期中的应用效果
Application effect of family care for elective surgery patients during perioperative period

Abstract
Obj ective:To study the application effect of family care for elec-tive surgery patients during perioperative period.analyze and evaluate the effect of family nursing service to improve the patients in peri operation pe-riod of comfort and operation tolerance.Methods:A total of 120 cases of e-lective operation patients were divided into observation group and control group by using random number table method,60 cases in each.The pa-tients in control group were given conventional nursing,and the patients in observation group were given family care based on conventional nursing. heart rate,blood pressure before anesthesia were recorded in both groups of patients on preoperative 1 d and before anesthesia.And postoperative quality of care related indicators and patients’satisfaction were analyzed. Results:In observation group,the level of blood pressure and heart rate be-fore anesthesia were significantly lower than those in control group,quality of care related indicators scores and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher those in control group,and the differences were statistically signifi-cant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Family care during perioperative period can e-liminate or reduce physiological stress of surgical patients,enhance their tolerance to surgery,and improve the quality of care and patients’satisfac-tion.关键词
