摘要
Abstract
Obj ective:To probe into the characteristics,tendency and related factors of adverse drug reactions (ADR)induced by low dose aspirin.Methods:A total of 27 literatures on adverse reactions induced by low dose aspirin according with ADR diagnosis standard were retrieved from CNKI from 2000 to 2013 .A total of 125 ADR cases received classification,statistics and analysis.Results:Digestive system and blood system were main in ADRs,respectively accounted for 80% and 5.6% of the total number of cases.Upper gastrointesti-nal bleeding and thrombocytopenia are the most common lesions. Conclusion:The adverse drug reactions may occur in the clinical use of small doses of aspirin and patients'medication education should be strengthened.We should pay close attention to adverse reactions and adj ust the method of administration in time,in order to ensure medi-cation safety.关键词
