在“教学做”一体化教学中提高护生自主创新学习能力1)
To improve nursing students’ learning ability of independent innovation in “teaching learn do” integration mode teaching

Abstract
Obj ective:To probe into how to improve nursing students’learn-ing ability of independent innovation in “teaching learn do”integration mode teaching.Methods:In the two classes of students in grade 2011 in our nursing college,a class was randomly selected as the observation group and another was taken as the control group.In observation group,nursing students’learning potential of independent innovation was discovered be-fore class,students’learning ability of independent innovation was trained during class by “teaching learn do”integration mode teaching,and ex-panded nursing students’learning time and space by opening training room outside class.The patients in control group used “theory teaching demon-stration practice”traditional teaching method.The two groups students who were respectively tested theory and skills by using the same test paper and operating criteria after the end of the course.The examination results of theory and skills as well as questionnaire results were compared on students’evaluation of the learning ability of independent innovation from questionnaire survey.Results:Observation group of students’evaluation on improving the learning ability of independent innovation and theory and skills examination results were better than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:“Teaching learn do”integration mode teaching can better improve nursing students ’learning ability of independent innovation and learning efficiency.关键词
