农村适龄妇女乳腺癌筛查行为的调查分析
Survey and analysis on breast cancer screening behaviors of age women in rural areas

Abstract
Obj ective:To know about breast cancer screening behaviors of age women in rural areas.Methods:Self designed“rural age women with breast cancer screening behavior questionnaire”was used for survey of breast cancer screening behaviors of 1 013 age women in rural in Henan province.Results:The breast cancer screening rate in rural women was only 33.6% in Henan,age,economic level and the status of health care enjoying had significant influence on screening behaviors;the incidence of screening behaviors in women with better awareness was 33.2%;related knowledge scores in women had received breast cancer screening service was higher than those who had not received screening.Conclusion:Adop-tion rate of breast cancer preventive behavior in rural women was low in Henan province.The awareness of breast cancer screening should be raised in childbearing age of women and to strengthen the related knowl-edge propaganda,which may have a good role in promoting their breast cancer screening behaviors.关键词
