Abstract
Obj ective:To probe into clinical curative effect of rhubarb parti-cle retention enema adj uvant treatment for severe acute pancreatitis patients and corresponding nursing measures.Methods:A total of 40 cases of SAP patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,20 cases in each.Patients in both groups were treated in accordance with the SAP conventional treatment principles,the patients in observation group re-ceived rhubarb particle retention enema,and appropriate care measures were given,then to observe the abdominal pain remission time,bloating relief time,abdominal tenderness disappeared time,self purge time,C reactive protein (CRP)recovery time,hospital stay,transit proportion of surgery in two groups of patients.Results:The abdominal pain remission time,bloa-ting relief time,abdominal tenderness disappeared time,self purge time,C reactive protein (CRP)recovery time,hospital stay of observation group was obviously shorter than that in control group,and the difference was sta-tistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rhubarb particles retention ene-ma auxiliary treatment of SAP has good curative effect,and it is worthy of popularization and application.关键词
